Fungi and bacteria

It’s not only the agriculture sector that benefits from Tbit® solutions: the equipment has the potential to identify patterns and classify samples of the most diverse elements, as long as they fit in the capture area and there are identifiable visual patterns.

One of the applications already in operation on the market is the identification and counting of bacteria and fungi in culture medium, on the Petri dish. Your quality analysis of the effect of chemical products on the microbiota can be more agile, organized and accurate using GroundEye.

Using the S120, simply place the Petri dish on the tray, record the image and in about a minute the result will be available. As long as there is sufficient color difference between the culture medium and the analyzed species, there is no restriction on the number of varieties that can go through this process. Tbit offers a trained team that, remotely, can calibrate the system to recognize the particularities of each analysis.

Performing from counting to calculations that use this result, GroundEye can increase productivity and save time for your analysts. Schedule a moment with the team to learn more!
